Welcome to Cappont Mobilitat. These terms and conditions set out the rules for using our driver training services and our website.

By accessing this website or signing up for our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Please do not continue to use the Cappont Mobilitat website if you do not accept all the terms and conditions on this page.

1. Definitions

"The Driving School" means Cappont Mobilitat.
"The Student" means the person who signs up for the training services.
"Services" includes all theory and practical classes, courses and training offered by the driving school.
"Driving licence" means any type of driving licence (B, A, C, etc.) for which the driving school offers training.

2. Training services

### 2.1. Enrolment

To enrol in any of our courses, the student must:

Complete the enrolment form with true, up-to-date details.
Provide the documents required for the type of licence applied for.
Pay the applicable enrolment fees.
Meet the age and physical fitness requirements set by the DGT (Spanish traffic authority).

### 2.2. Theory classes

Theory classes are taught according to the timetable set by the driving school. Attending classes is the student's responsibility and is essential for proper training.

### 2.3. Practical classes

Practical classes are scheduled according to the availability of the student and the instructors.
The student must cancel or reschedule classes at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or absences without notice may mean the class is lost.
The student must bring their learner's permit to every practical class.

3. Payments and fees

Our prices are available at our offices and can be checked before enrolling.
Payment can be made in instalments, under the options offered by the driving school.
DGT fees are not included in the course price and are paid by the student.
If a payment is not made, the driving school may suspend its services until the situation is resolved.

4. Cancellations and refunds

### 4.1. Leaving the course

The student may leave the course at any time. In that case:

The enrolment fee and classes already received are not refundable.
Practical classes paid for but not taken may be refunded under the refund policy in force, after deducting administrative costs.
The request to leave must be made in writing.

### 4.2. Right of withdrawal

Under consumer protection law, the student has 14 calendar days from signing the contract to withdraw without giving a reason, provided they have not started receiving classes.

5. Student obligations

Arrive on time for scheduled classes.
Treat instructors, staff and other students with respect.
Keep the materials and vehicles provided by the driving school in good condition.
Follow all safety rules during practical classes.
Report any change in their personal or contact details.
Never drive under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.

6. Driving school responsibilities

Provide quality training through qualified, certified instructors.
Keep vehicles in excellent safe condition, with all insurance in force.
Handle the required paperwork with the DGT.
Keep to agreed timetables as far as possible, giving advance notice of any change.

7. Limitation of liability

Cappont Mobilitat is not liable for:

The results of official exams, which depend on the student's own performance.
Penalties, fines or accidents the student may have outside practical class hours.
Delays in administrative procedures caused by third parties or by the public administration.
Damage to the student's personal belongings while on our premises.

8. Data protection

Personal data provided by the student is processed as set out in our Privacy Policy and under current data protection law (GDPR and Spanish LOPDGDD).

9. Intellectual property

All website content (texts, images, logos, designs, etc.) belongs to Cappont Mobilitat or is used with due authorisation. Reproducing, distributing or modifying it without express permission is prohibited.

10. Changes to these terms

Cappont Mobilitat may change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect when they are published on the website. We recommend checking this page from time to time.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Lleida, the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
